- Do I need my own website?
- No — every business gets a hosted, branded booking page at its own subdomain. You can also embed the booking widget on an existing site.
- How do I get paid?
- You connect your own Stripe account, so payments go directly to you. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported.
- Can customers book without an account?
- Yes — guest checkout is supported. Customers can optionally create an account to manage their bookings.
- Can I offer refunds?
- Yes — you can cancel and refund bookings, in full or in part, from your dashboard.
- Can I add my team?
- Yes — invite team members and give them admin or staff roles from the Team page.
- Can I set up recurring classes?
- Yes — set a schedule once and generate recurring sessions daily, weekly, monthly or termly.
